From financial models
to strategic outcomes.

A 13-year career built at the intersection of M&A, finance, and analytics — with a consistent focus on turning complex problems into clear decisions.

How I got here

I started my career at KPMG as a Senior Associate in 2013, drawn by the intersection of rigorous financial analysis and real-world business complexity. From the beginning, I was energized by problems that didn't have obvious answers — situations where the right analytical framework could fundamentally change how an organization made decisions.

Back-to-back promotions in 2014 and 2015 reflected what became a defining characteristic: a commitment to outcomes, not just outputs. I wasn't satisfied with delivering a model or a dashboard — I wanted to understand whether it changed behavior. Whether it gave a CFO confidence they didn't have before. Whether it surfaced a risk that would otherwise have gone unnoticed until it was too late.

The M&A years

Moving into the KPMG Modelling Hub gave me deep exposure to financial modeling discipline — the kind where assumptions matter, where a wrong sign can cascade through an entire valuation, and where client relationships are won or lost on the quality of your thinking under pressure.

Over the years, I've worked on more than 50 engagements across Life Sciences, TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology), Consumer & Retail, and Industrial Manufacturing. The common thread: organizations navigating high-stakes transactions and transformations where the cost of getting the analytics wrong is significant.

Where I focus today

As a Director at KPMG US, I lead M&A Analytics and Finance Transformation engagements — designing solutions that go from ambiguity to action. I build analytics frameworks that don't just answer the immediate question but create durable capability. I'm driven by building POCs that evolve into scalable products, leading automation initiatives that stick, and helping senior leaders move from gut feel to grounded confidence.

Outside of client engagements, I'm exploring applications of machine learning in financial data analysis — building personal projects that keep me close to the technical side of the work I advise on.

How I Think About the Work

Four principles that have shaped how I approach every engagement, from initial scoping through to delivery and beyond.

01

Outcomes first, not outputs

A great model or dashboard that doesn't change how decisions are made is a missed opportunity. I design every deliverable around the specific decision it needs to support — and stay close enough to know if it's actually working.

02

Clarity under complexity

Complexity is a given in M&A and finance transformation. The job is not to simplify for the sake of it, but to find the layer of structure that makes the complexity navigable. Every analytical framework I build is designed to do exactly that.

03

Build to last, not just to demo

POCs are easy. Production platforms are hard. I bring a discipline to analytics buildouts that accounts for scale, governance, and the messy reality of how organizations actually operate — so that what we build continues to work after I leave.

04

Invest in the people, not just the process

The best engagement outcomes leave an organization more capable than they were before. I mentor teams deliberately, design solutions that build internal confidence, and resist creating dependencies on external support that don't need to exist.
